Mr. ATTAL SHAMA , an edupreneur synonymous with success in cracking IIT-JEE, was born in a small village in the Hamirpur district in the state of Himachal Pradesh. He excelled throughout his schooling, in himself clearing the Various Entrance examinations and as an M.Sc Chemistry (Organic) student at HPU SHIMLA. After completing his M.Sc. in 2007, he Joined Cipla as a Trainee Research Assistant.

Following a brief stint at CIPLA, destiny brought him into coaching education which at that time was emerging in HAMIRPUR and he started AADHAR coaching institute in HAMIRPUR as part of the CHEMISTRY Faculty in 2010 and continuing there till date. Through his sincerity, dedication and hard work, he earned respect from his students and became very popular amongst the student fraternity, as ATTAL Sir, for his in-depth subject knowledge, unmatched teaching skills and passionate aptitude for the coaching profession.

The dream of becoming an edupreneur resulted in the genesis of, founded by Mr. ATTAL SHAMA at HAMIRPUR itself. Since then, AADHAR INSTITUTE has taken leaps and bounds forward under his leadership and his persistent quest to take it to the pinnacle of success & excellence.
